Just a reminder that there are two deadlines coming up this weekend.

For the IL AI Challenge, the relevant deadline is this Saturday November 8th to submit a Team Information form. Please see the Coaches Toolkit for more info. You do not have to worry about the already passed Oct 8th registration deadline. We will award points for any team which submits an entry. Coaches can simply email or send a screenshot indicating that your team has entered. Submissions will be verified. The top prize is $5K!

For the Calico online challenge, registration is also due by this Saturday Nov. 8th. The competition itself will be held Nov 9th online from 4-7PM PT (Pacific time). To save time, you can have your students fill out the form and post the screenshot on our Padlet (see below).

The ICST round which includes the above two challenges in addition to the Kattis problems closes on November 15th.

We will host one last round before the winter holiday break. The competition will then resume in January.

Any screenshots can be shared with us on our own padlet which you can access here. Please indicate which team it belongs to when posting.

Finally, we acknowledge that having a multi-step competition involving other competitions can be difficult to navigate. It's our goal to offer more project-based challenges in the new year, perhaps in conjunction with school-based hackathons which are being planned. Feedback always welcomed!
